Usually within 5 working days. We always keep empty racks in stock, ready to go, so there is no waiting for hardware on our side.
Every rack is delivered with redundant A+B feeds as standard. Beyond that you can choose between no-break feeds (backed by UPS and generators, without interruption) and short-break feeds (generator-backed, with a brief interruption during switchover). Custom power solutions are possible too, so tell us what your equipment needs.
The capacity of your rack depends on how it is fused. We don't switch off your equipment on our own initiative; the only time your feed drops is when your own breaker trips.
1G, 10G, 100G and 400G. Port pricing is on request, based on what you want to connect and to whom.
Yes. If you want, you can use your own IP space and your own AS with BGP, or use address space from us. Let us know which suits you.
We are carrier-neutral and connected by our own fiber ring to Nikhef and Digital Realty AMS9, where practically every network in the Netherlands is present. Relined, KPN Wholesale and Eurofiber are present in every facility. See Network & Connectivity.
About €125 one-off per patch, with no monthly fees. We run and label it for you. Where permitted, you can also patch it yourself.
Yes, around the clock. Rates depend on your bundle and the amount of work you take, and we keep them reasonable. They are agreed in your contract, and you will find the details on the Management & Support page.
You can enter 24/7 with a valid badge. Access requests go through your company's Badge Administrator, with at least 24 hours' notice, as described in our Facility Guide. On a first visit you show a government-issued photo ID.
Deliveries go to the facility where you take your space. You receive the details and delivery instructions from your Service Manager. The loading bay is open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with one day's notice, and equipment can be stored free of charge for up to 10 days.
The initial term is 12 months. After that, the contract renews automatically for 12 months at a time, unless either party gives notice at least 6 months before the end of the current term. The notice period applies to both sides. The full terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
Full racks are our standard. Cages and private suites are available in consultation, so tell us what you are building and we will look at what fits.
