To guarantee optimal, extremely reliable performance of your equipment, we always keep more than sufficient redundant cooling capacity in-house. Our cooling and climate control installations are owned, operated and monitored entirely by our own technical team, and maintained and inspected very regularly.

Our cooling installations are fully redundant. We guarantee constant temperatures and constant humidity, using cold-corridor containment to keep cold and hot air fully separated — every aisle is supplied with a constant 25°C intake temperature, in line with modern efficiency guidelines.

That separation is also what makes our cooling energy-efficient: by only cooling the air your equipment actually draws in, rather than the whole room, we get more cooling capacity out of less energy. Combined with green energy sourcing, this keeps our environmental footprint as low as our uptime standards are high.

We make full use of freecooling whenever outside conditions allow it, switching to combined freecooling the rest of the time — mechanical cooling only picks up exactly where outside air falls short, instead of running full-time regardless of the weather.

Row after row of precision cooling units, each independently monitored and maintained by our own technical team — redundant by design, so one unit going down never means a hot spot.

Capacity is always sized with headroom, not just enough to get by, so performance stays constant even under peak load.

Every server room and UPS room is monitored in real time, with temperature and power tracked around the clock on our own dashboards.

Our on-site team watches these numbers continuously — so a deviation gets caught and acted on long before it becomes a problem.
